Yep. Money talks.
But I don’t think they would ID you if you went in with a tattoo.

You can but it’s not a quick fix. It’s really expensive and it hurts. Alot. and it’ll take more than one sitting to get the tattoo completly gone. It’s a series of treatments. And I believe it leaves a scar.

So let this be a lesson to all those young people out there who are trying to get tattoos before they’re of age.

Most likely you will need parental permission since it is a medical procedure.

For starters, your wrist is a very sensitive area, laser treatment might not be the best option. I always advise people to try some of the less expensive methods. If it’s a feather on your wrist I’m guessing that its not huge so why not try something like dermabrasion. This is a non laser removal method and you can do it from home not to mention it cost a fraction of the cost. I would say use laser treatment as a last resort, it’s very expensive, takes just as long and can leave nasty scars. Using an at home method removes the layers of skin slowly everyday over an extended period of time so it doesn’t leave a scar.

People are sort of right in what they are saying regarding the tattoo only fading, that’s true but if you keep the treatment up like instructed most people achieve fully removed tattoos. That’s like saying if you need 10 laser treatments and you only go for 5 that laser tattoo removal doesn’t work. If you keep up the treatment it will work, it’s not an overnight sort, remember that tattoos are not meant to come off.

Sorry just to summarise, I think you are correct that you need too be 18 however some places might be 16 so have a look, as I said though I would keep laser treatment as a last resort.

Depends on the place and the person doing it.
