Question by *ROCKSTAR*: Are there any foods that sort of work as natural fat burners? Or speed up metabolism?
I’m not an idiot, I know food doesn’t burn fat for you, but I heard that eating fruits and veggies “promotes” weightloss… whatever that means.. And I also heard that a teaspoon of cinamon a day can help your metabolism be faster so you burn weight quicker. Any others???

Actually Celery has negative calories because you lose calories through the energy it takes you to digest it this food as it has fibres your body has to work extremeley hard at digesting.

Blueberries are a very good fat burning food, full of nutrients.
Salon, full of good fatty oils and protein and little bad fat. (good fats promote healthy cholestrol and fat burning)
Apples (contain substances which help limit fat absorbstion of cells.)

There really isn’t one specific food to burn your fat though, if you simply eat lots veg and a good amount of fruit.
Try to take little sugar as possible and saturated fats.
Eat complex carbs instead of simple crabs (like brown instead of white bread/rice)
This promotes fat loss.

Drink water instead of sodas, alchohol, even juice, coffee. Humans are designed to run of the stuff after all.

Replace your vegtable oil and butter with olive, coconut, sunflower oil/spread. Though there are many more alternatives.

If you’re really serious about buring belly fat, then you should check this out. I don’t know your situation, but it worked for me; and I hate exercise.
