Believe it or not, WATER. Try drinking about 16 to 20 ounces of COLD water before a meal. It decreases your appetite, because your stomach feels full. Also, did you know that alot of time when you feel hungry, you are really thirsty? It’s a fact!

Topamax. It’s an anticonvulsant that is prescribed for epilepsy and migraines, but it is prescribed “off label” for weight loss.
