Question by Jane: Appetite suppressants, natural or unatural, with our without caffeine?
I wanted to know of any good over the counter appetite supperssants without caffeine if possible.
Has anyone used any that work with or without caffeine.
I am already eating healthy and exercising but cannot seem to control my appetite and just wanted a little help.
By the way I know they can be unhealthy and not a long term solution so you dont need to tell me that.

Rather than do this yourself, I’d rather recommend you get checked out for things such as hypoglycemia and hypothyroid. Maybe you just have a big appetite, I know I do. So what I do is this:
Herbal teas often curb my hunger. If that doesn’t work then I do something called “Quantum Greens Mix” which you can google or find on my home page here. I have been on that for a month and wow, my appetite is so much better. The other trick I learned is eat small meals often if you can. Get non soy food bars and snack a lot, but with things like nuts and seeds that are heavy.
Herbal appetite suppressants are out there, and you know you should avoid that store bought synthetic stuff. This is not a difficult thing to overcome. And hey, I’m 34 and am about 3 pounds heavier than my perfect weight. Some of us have huge metabolisms and if we eat more good fats and protein the appetite goes down. I posted some good links below, esp. the second one to give you some ideas if you decide to go that route.
