Question by Daniel: about to try abilify medication and am stopping my zyprexa?
anbody know anything about this med?
i was on zyprexa for anxiety, depression and delusion but i stacked on 6 KGs on 2 months and was exercising!
i have decided i want to get back on my diet supplements (Noxycut) which gives me energy and increases my heart rate, will this be safe to mix with Abilify? because i really want to get back in shape!
here is some info about noxycut
Key Ingredients in Noxycut
Noxycut is made with the following key ingredients:
• Tribulus terrestris
• Caffeine
• Creatine
• L-Glutamine
• Arginine
• Eurycoma longifolia
• Cinnamon extract
• Synephrine
• Guggulsterones
• Yohimbine HCL
There is a significant amount of caffeine in these pills (150 mg) – this equates to about two cups of coffee, and is even more powerful with the addition of synephrine. This energy-boosting combination is found in many fat burners on the market, but many people do experience adverse side effects including an elevated heart rate, high blood pressure, anxiety, and irritability.
Guggulsterones are found in many diet pills on the market today; these can stimulate thyroid hormone production that also leads to weight loss. L-Glutamine, Creatine, and Arginine are part of many bodybuilders’ supplementation plans, and are included to promote muscle gains and enhance recovery. Noxycut claims that these are all part of the muscle-building plan, but there are health repercussions of taking these types of supplements and the actual effects vary by individual.
Still, according to this review from UltimateFatBurner.com, there are not enough active ingredients in Noxycut to make them as powerful as the company claism. There is also very little scientific evidence or clinical research data avaialble to support any of the company’s claims, and most people will simply experience a buzz from the caffeine and synephrine in the pills.
Bottom Line: If you’re looking for a simple energy booster, these Noxycut may get you some results. Still, it’s important to remember that building muscles and losing fat cannot be accomplished at the same time – interval and circuit training, a rotation diet, and getting enough rest are still the fundamental principles that get results for any bodybuilder or athlete.

I am taking Abilify and initially I had some side effects, even tachycardia (heartrate above 100). But I continued to take it despite my doctors advice and it went away after a few months. It also doesn’t allow me to sleep at night so I am taking trazodone for that.
I wouldn’t mix anything with Abilify without consulting your doctor.
